I am uploading our new client intake form that I have our LOAs use with all new clients. This is exactly what I used prior to growing a team and have only modified it slightly over the years... I still use this when I need to step in and assist w/ new client intake calls...
The KEY is to have your LOAs mention your name AT LEAST 3 times on the call (Dan just stepped into a meeting but asked me to reach out real quick to introduce ourselves and grab a couple of pieces of information... Dan takes the little things super-serious, that's why he's asking for this info... Dan will be in touch with you today to say hello and to follow up from this call... ).
